Devon Decker is a background designer and visual development artist residing in Burbank, California. She primarily works in adult comedy/genre TV animation, with an emphasis on lush fantasy and sci-fi settings. She specializes in research-heavy props and environments, and loves to bring stories to life through curated details and sturdy, dimensional draftsmanship. She is an alum of Laguna College of Art and Design, where she earned a BFA in Animation.

Her biggest inspirations can be found in old European architecture, gothic fiction, arthouse horror, and 20th century shoujo manga. When not drawing, she enjoys 3d modeling, editing and compositing music videos, reading horror novels, and getting excited about the lighting in strange alleyways.
